Make These Special Treatz At Home

    • 1 cup oat flour

    • ½ cup coconut flour

    • ½ cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened)

    • 2 tbsp coconut oli, melted

    1. preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

    2. in a large bowl, mix the oat flour and coconut flour

    3. add the pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil and egg. mix until dough forms

    4. roll out the dough to about ¼ inch thick on a floured surface. cut into any shapes you want

    5. bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm

Coconut Dreamz

    • 3 cups whole wheat flour

    • ½ cup baked sweet potato

    • ½ cup finely shredded carrots

    • 1 egg

    • ¾ cup water

    1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F. line a baking sheet with parchment paper

    2. in a large bowl, mix together flour, sweet potato, carrots, egg and water. mix until all ingredients are well combined, then kneed until you get a large dough ball.

    3. flatten the dough until its about ¼ inches thick. cut out shapes with cookie cutters and place them on the baking sheet

    4. bake for approximately 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

    5. cool on a wire rack. put them in an airtight container for up to one week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Sweet Potato Bitez

    • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce

    • 1 cup rolled oats

    • ½ tsp cinnamon

    • 1 tbsp honey

    1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F

    2. mix applesauce, oats, honey and cinnamon

    3. drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet

    4. bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned

    5. let cool before serving
